Second advisory ballot for SC22 chair
Roger Martin vs. Rex Jaeschke

In the first round contest for SC22 chair, neither candidate got the necessary 
2/3 majority.  

A second call for volunteers has been issued, the same candidates applied again: 
*   Roger Martin (supported by Sun) and 
*   Rex Jaeschke (supported by Microsoft).

NCITS/L2, as the Technical Advisory Group to SC22/WG20 is asked to submit its 
recommendation for one of the candidates.  

Please submit your vote as soon as possible, but no later than October 26, 1999 
at 12:00 noon EDT, especially if you will not participate in the NCITS/L2 
meeting in Mission Viejo, October 26-29, 1999.
