B. Convey the request of the W3C i18n group for 2 items from the Unicode

Consortium:

B1. Include the section for each version (starting with 3.1 at least) in

http://www.unicode.org/unicode/standard/versions/enumeratedversions.html, a

clear specification of how to reference that version, such as the following:

The Unicode Consortium, "The Unicode Standard -- Version 3.1". This

version of the Unicode Standard is composed of a book documenting major

version 3.0 and an online Unicode Standard Annex documenting the changes and

additions that make up minor version 3.1: The Unicode Consortium, "The

Unicode Standard -- Version 3.0", ISBN 0-201-61633-5 (see

http://www.unicode.org/unicode/uni2book/u2.html for the online edition of

the book). The Unicode Consortium, "Unicode Standard Annex #27 -- Unicode
