Subject: PUA mappings from HKSCS to Unicode

In the published mappings of HKSCS-2001 to ISO/Unicode, we are still left with 35 characters mapped to the PUA. We have a similar situation with GB 18030 and we have an action item:

89-20 Deborah Goldsmith, Peter Edberg
    Create a work group to evaluate the characters from GB 18030 that
    are mapped to the PUA, and generate a proposal for handling these
    for UTC consideration. [L2/01-416]

I think it would be a good idea to extend that work group to cover the HKSCS case as well.
