Linebreaking and Other Properties

The ordinary cuneiform signs U+12000..U+12371 as well as the number signs U+12380..U+123E2 should be given linebreaking properties similar to Han ideographs.

The Punctuation signs should have break opportunities after them.

All of the cuneiform signs and numbers are suitable for lead and trail characters in identifiers. The cuneiform punctuation are *not* suitable identifier characters.

The punctuation characters U+123F0..U+123F3 should all be added to the "terminal punctuation" class.
