Why are there 4 kashidas in the list (088E-0891) when we already have combining kashidas? Use existing kashidas for these. Ken whants a distonction between macron looking symbols used as diacritics (e.g. 2 lines above) from kashida used as vowels. * Change the block name to "Arabic Spacing Diacritics". * Characters 088A, 0891, 0895: need attestations.
