Here is the consolidated feedback from Asmus. Use *this* for
the PRI feedback document. The change in the second email
was for the Headers section below. I've edited it in,
so now just file this *one* chunk.

In section 2:

The information provided in the data file Scripts.txt needs to be 
augmented by other, supplementary data in order to make such 
determinations correctly.

Such supplementary classification will depend on the particular usage 
and is not provided in the Unicode Character Database.

Rationale:

The existing text is too vague about the sources for supplementary data. 
My take is that you should come right out and say when Unicode *isn't* 
going to step up to the plate. (It also avoids the jarring "to make X 
correctly" construction, which is too similar to "make X correct").

Rationale:

Shorter, and I find it easier to read, since "All other..." is a common 
way to continue after a list of exceptions. To my mind it makes it 
easier to pick up the "explicit" as the key part of the sentence.

Headers:

I would add
2.1 Special vs. Explicit Script Property Values right after 2 Usage Model

Rationale:

While section 2 in toto may be the usage model, the unnamed subsection 
below the 2 Usage Model text is is focusing on only one aspect. A header 
will make that clear.
