Please add the following to the agenda and registry

The following properties have outlived their usefulness, and I think
should be deprecated or stabilized.

FC_NFKC_Closure
- purpose is taken over by NFKC_Casefold

Derived Property: Expands_On_*
These properties are not particularly useful, since they are easily
computed, and yet don't cover the common encoding forms (UTF-16/8).
