[125-C1] Consensus: Accept 61 Khojki characters in range U+11200 - U+11242, with block name Khojki U+11200 - U+1124F for encoding in a future version of the standard. The consonant letter ligature KSHA is to be represented as recommended in section 4.7 of document L2/10-326.

[125-C2] Consensus: Accept NOTCHED RIGHT SEMI-CIRCLE WITH THREE DOTS at U+1F544 for encoding in a future version of the standard. See L2/10-394.

[125-C3] Consensus: Include U+1135D GRANTHA SIGN PLUTA in a consolidated Grantha proposal.

[125-C4] Consensus: Accept the decision from Delhi meeting Sept 6 to remove U+1134F GRANTHA SIGN LIGATING VIRAMA from the consolidated Grantha proposal.

[125-C5] Consensus: Give U+1134D Grantha Sign Virama the general category "Mc" in a consolidated Grantha proposal.

[125-C6] Consensus: Accept the recommendation I.1.e. of document L2/10-426 on canonical equivalences in a consolidated Grantha proposal.

[125-C7] Consensus: The UTC understands that the collation necessary for Myanmar will be provided in CLDR 1.9 and ICU 4.6.

[125-C8] Consensus: Accept U+0C00 TELUGU SIGN COMBINING CANDRABINDU ABOVE, U+0C81 KANNADA SIGN CANDRABINDU, and U+0D01 MALAYALAM SIGN CANDRABINDU for encoding in a future version of the standard.

[125-M1] Motion: Change the block name and character names from "Sindhi" to "Khudawadi", U+11600 - U+1164F.

[125-C9] Consensus: Change the block name (for U+102E0 - U+102FF) from "Coptic Numbers" to "Coptic Epact Numbers" and the character names from "Coptic..." to "Coptic Epact..." for range U+102E0 - U+102FF.

[125-C10] Consensus: Change the general category of U+17B4 and U+17B5 from "Cf" to "Mn", and the bidi class to "NSM".

[125-C11] Consensus: Give the Other_Default_Ignorable to U+17B4 and U+17B5.

[125-C12] Consensus: For U+17B4 and U+17B5 change Grapheme_Break property from "Control" to "Extend"; Word_Break property from "Format" to "Extend"; Sentence_Break from "Format" to "Extend".

[125-C13] Consensus: Change the collation weight U+17B4 and U+17B5 from having a primary weight to being completely ignorable in DUCET for Unicode 6.1.

[125-C14] Consensus: Change the records for the Mandaic letters to the types specified in L2/10-413 in Unicode 6.1.

[125-C15] Consensus: (1) Add an additional field to the IDNAMappingTable.txt. (2) Add an additional field to IDNATest.txt with the value NV8 indicating which source labels are invalid under IDNA 2008. See L2/10-446R2.

[125-C16] Consensus: Update the text of UAX #29 to clarify that the property values in the data files are normative and the derivations are intended to reflect that, but in the case of any discrepency, the data files win.

[125-C17] Consensus: Change the primary collation weight of U+1680 OGHAM SPACE MARK to have the same primary weight as U+0020 SPACE. It can have a different tertiary weight.

[125-C18] Consensus: The next release of the Unicode standard, expected in Q1 2012, will be Unicode Version 6.1, and synchronized with the 3rd edition of ISO 10646.

[125-C35] Consensus: Change the bidi class of U+070F from AN (Arabic Number) to AL (Right-to-Left Arabic) as intended in consensus 121-C28, for the next version of the standard.

[125-C36] Consensus: Give the Coptic Epact Numbers (U+102E0 - U+102FC) the bidi type "EN" (European Number).

[125-C37] Consensus: For Unicode 6.0, update the title of the core specification to include the specific subtitle "Core Specification".

[125-C38] Consensus: The UTC agrees with the Government of India that postponing final decision on Grantha and Extended Tamil until February is the best approach. This will allow the user community in Tamil Nadu and language experts additional time for review and input.

[125-C39] Consensus: Create two formal aliases, U+2448 MICR ON US SYMBOL and U+2449 MICR DASH SYMBOL for Unicode 6.1.

[125-C40] Consensus: Ask for U+1BFA and U+1BFB to be removed from the FCD of the 3rd edition 10646.
