Title: Error in ScriptExtensions.txt (Takri use of dandas)

During the data vetting for the release of Unicode 6.1 a small inconsistency turned
up for ScriptExtensions.txt.  The newly encoded Takri script is documented in the
text of the standard as using the Devanagari danda and double danda (rather than
having separately encoded Takri-specific dandas). However, the entry for
U+0964..U+0965 in ScriptExtensions.txt for Unicode 6.1 does not include
Takri among the list of scripts using those generic danda characters.

This should be corrected in the next version of Unicode by adding "Takr" to the
set of scripts in ScriptExtensions.txt under the entry for U+0964..U+0965.

In the meantime, I would recommend issuing an erratum notice for the problem,
so it will be clear that the problem has been noticed and is scheduled to be fixed
in the future.
