Agreement on the following.

#1 not normative part of the Unicode Standard. Point to Status of #51
#2 will be done. Roosbeh will supply B&W narrow pairs of RI characters.
#3 put in header for ZWJ, Flags, Keycaps that these are sequences with * for disclaimer.
#4 point to Core spec for RI characters
#5 region flags (expain some are country)
#6 vendors may chose different flags to represent the same region or change the flag over time (such as Libya's flag), or have different flag-like symbol. If you show a flag, official flag is preferred.
#7 two RI sequences may have the same appearance, especially with dependent territories such as UM and US.
