Mongolian, oral report by Lisa Moore [L2/20-138]. There was an ad hoc discussion to provide guidance on the Mongolian implementation direction the prior week with minutes posted in both the Mongolian document register and the L2 document register.

Oral report by Markus Scherer. Recent ICU release for Unicode 13.0. ICU4X, new effort.

New CLDR vice-chair, Kristi Lee. The TC thanks John Emmons for his years of service. Recently released a version focused just on Unicode 13, emoji keywords; then V37.
