ACTIONS
1. To confirm starting time already scheduled for the WGs meetings:
WG 1 and 5 have the same convenor and Project Editor, and cannot meet simultaneously. WG 2 and WG 6 have the same Project Editor, and the timetable for the three working days has to be specified.
2. To arrange timetables of WG 2 and WG 6 for December 1-3 and WG 1 and WG 6, for December 2 and 3.

4.To prepare work as required by CCCCLM “to identify and define users’ printing requirements” for SC 28 for the JTC 1 Plenary to be held on November 17-21, 2003 (see CCCLM Recommendation 3 in document ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 35 N0511).
5.To prepare the survey as required by CCCCLM regarding the “set of additional criteria to be incorporated in New Work Item Proposals”.
6. To prepare action concerning NB’s adoption conditions, which impacted especially NWI proposals on :
· Screen icons and symbols for personal, mobile, communications devices;
· Icon symbols and functions for multimedia link attributes
