 San Francisco, California

Mountain View, CA, USA - September 13, 2005 - The UnicodeĀ® Consortium today announced that The Twenty-ninth Internationalization & Unicode Conference will be held in San Francisco, California on March 6-8, 2006.
The conference is being sponsored by media sponsor MultiLingual Computing Inc. (www.multilingual.com) and organizational sponsor Localization Industry Standards Association (LISA) (www.lisa.org).

The Internationalization & Unicode Conference is the only industry event focused on the Unicodeā„¢ Standard. Each Unicode conference features a variety of tutorials and conference sessions that cover current topics related to Unicode, the web, software and internationalization. "Every major organization around the globe needs globalized software," said Mark Davis, President of the Unicode Consortium, "and the Unicode Standard is the cornerstone of all software globalization.
