Donating to Unicode

The Unicode Consortium is dedicated to the goal that all the world's languages can be used on computers everywhere, from mobile phones to supercomputers.

The Consortium is a non-profit organization, funded by membership fees and donations from individuals, corporations, and other organizations. Your donations help support the vital work of the Consortium, making modern software and computing systems support the widest range of human languages. All donations are used to support the Unicode Consortium in this mission.

You may make a donation by credit card, or with a PayPal account, or by contacting the Unicode office. In addition to making a donation, you may also want to join the Unicode Consortium.

When you make a payment with your credit card, it is processed by Paypal. This processing does not require a Paypal account. The Consortium has 501(c)(3) tax status, thus donations are tax deductible in the United States to the extent allowed by law.
