WG2 - Korean
[82-M2] Motion: The UTC fully supports WG2 resolution M37.12 which affirms that WG2 cannot support a proposed reordering of Korean Hangul. [L2/00-010]

[82-AI2] Action Item for Lisa Moore: Instruct WG2 liaison to reaffirm M37.12, to accept removing the names of the Korean characters from the standard and determining the names by algorithm.

[82-C1] Consensus: The UTC supports adding a small informative note to Annex D of 10646 to help clarify character names for North Korea.

WG2 - Khmer
For Committee Information: There will probably be a request for a future amendment for a couple of new characters. [L2/00-009]
WG2 - Character/Glyph Model
[82-M3] Motion: The UTC instructs our WG2 liaison that document L2/00-008 as it stands is in conflict with the character/glyph model, and recommends that the author read UTR#17, Character Encoding Model for clarification of terminology. Further discussion is welcomed.

IRG Report Compatibility Characters
[82-M6] Motion:[82-M7] In view of the known set of CNS-11643 compatibility ideographs, the UTC recommends that WG2 update the roadmap to include space for ideographic compatibility characters in Plane 2. [L2/00-032]
