If consensus cannot be reached among the voting members, then the chair of the South Asian Subcommittee shall request a UTC letter ballot to decide the issue. The subcommittee chair is to ensure that a written report documenting the decisions is submitted for the L2/UTC document register within a week after the conclusion of the meeting.
