- apply Unicode specifications
If in doubt, don't hesitate to post a question here, but if possible, try to use the search feature or scroll through the list of existing posts to see whether there's been an earlier post of a similar question.
If a question clearly belongs in the the topic area of one of the other forums, go ahead and post it there, instead of here, even if it is a "how to" type question. Or you can let a forum administrator move your question for you (and we will any time a post fits better in another forum).
