Guaraní is a important language in South America! It's a official language in Paraguay!

I hate to break the news, but this is not possible.

Adding single characters that are canonically equivalent to character sequences is prohibited by the Unicode Character Encoding Stability Policy. Look under "Normalization Stability" for the details.

What you can do, if you feel this is important, is to request a "Named Character Sequence", so that the "g with tilde" could become a named sequence.
