The board-wide notification feature is now set up in an initial configuration. It might be improved or changed in coming days. (It has not been extensively tested.)
This feature can send an e-mail notification to you every time anything is posted to any public forum on the board. To initiate it, visit the User Control Panel, Look for "Board preferences" in the Options (on the left) and click it. In the resulting screen, click on "Edit post notification options". That takes you to a list where you can check the box "Yes" for the feature "Send me notice of all posts, even where I am not subscribed to the forum or topic". Once you do that, you should get an e-mail for every posting to the board. You can control a couple of "yes, but" sub-features.
I view this as mainly an administrative tool, but if you really want to be up to date with what's going on in every forum, this should help.
