Bracket pieces (U+239B-U+23B1)

Shouldn't Bracket pieces (U+239B-U+23B1) be "SB" like other brackets?

I think that the bracket pieces are not intended to be used in "lines", but rather to be used as graphics and need to be explicitly positioned. In other words, they act much more as symbols.

I agree with htakenaka, the bracket pieces should be sideways. In monospaced plaintext, that's the only thing that makes sense. In graphical placement, it doesn't matter what we specify -- that engine will be connecting the brackets up in whatever way is needed, and that's out-of-scope. (But if there's no East Asian legacy for using them, though, they should be S, not SB, right?)

Does that apply to the other "pieces": 23B2, 23B3, 23B7, 23B8, 23B9, 2320, 2321, 23D0?
