The draft #5 sets these code points Tr: 0FF1C < FULLWIDTH LESS-THAN SIGN 0FF1D = FULLWIDTH EQUALS SIGN 0FF1E > FULLWIDTH GREATER-THAN SIGN But all major fonts today have rotated glyph for vert only for FF1D, and therefore FF1C/FF1E are rendered as U in near term. This can lead to inconsistency depends on font version, because having Tr can mean recommending font vendors to define rotated glyphs in vert table, and UA to use them if available. For this reason, I recommend setting these three as R.
