According to Unicode 14.5, the vertical orientation of Old Turkic is rotated. But unlike other rotated scripts, it is rotated 90deg counter-clockwise. Additionally, while in horizontal writing it is RTL (i.e. opposite of Han), in vertical writing it is TTB (i.e. same as Han).

I am not sure how to handle this in UTR50. The only thing I can conclude is that U+205A should have SVO=R.
