Hi;

the associated data file [1] for proposed UTR#50 assigns these values:

U U U U+23BA HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-1
U U U U+23BB HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-3
U U U U+23BC HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-7
U U U U+23BD HORIZONTAL SCAN LINE-9

and

U R R U+2500 BOX DRAWINGS LIGHT HORIZONTAL

However, as per the Unicode standard [2]:
"Horizontal scan line characters are encoded for scan lines 1, 3, 7, and 9. The horizontal scan line character for scan line 5 is unified with U+2500 box drawings light horizontal."

So shouldn't either U+2500 be UUU, or U+23BA..U+23BD be URR ?

Thank you for the feedback. Since both HO and SVO are removed from the draft #7, the code points you listed are now consistent.
