See the Unicoe FAQ on Submitting Successful Character and Script Proposals for detailed guidance.

Before making a formal proposal, you may want to discuss the character in question in this forum, or post links to your draft proposal to solicit comments and feedback.

Also, be sure to discuss symbols and characters for certain scripts in the dedicated forums.
