Is this "Indic Scripts" discussion forum intended as replacement for the Indic mailing list?
It seems like this forum will create a lot more cross-talk and disjunction if discussions on similar topics take place here and on the Indic mailing list.

Yes, I think eventually it is intended to replace that mail list with a one-stop shopping alternative.
