Minutes

1. Rename the properties

- DVO to "stacked vertical orientation" (SVO)
- EAVO to "mixed vertical orientation" (MVO)

2. Rename the property values

- U -> U (upright)
- S -> R (rotated)
- T -> T (transformed)
- Sb -> R (see also 5. below)
- add Tu and Tr, which indicate whether upright or rotated is acceptable as a fallback, if no transformation is available

3. Laurentiu/Dwayne to derive SVO and MVO values corresponding to their data. Their data can retain the current "unified" property value as well.

4. At least during the development phase, tailoring will be supported by the construction of sets of characters, which will be part of UTR#50.

5. Eric to add a set for Sb.

6. Open question: what should be the reference point for describing orientation:
- code charts
- usual appearance in horizontal lines.

The paragraph, within 5.2 Resulting orientation, "the property values, if used, are intended to be used directly, with the value SB interpreted as equivalent to S. " should be updated.
