The Tai Tham Script (u1A20-u1AA0) could not be displayed correctly with a Font I created by Fontforge(including correct GSUB and GPOS data) except with the usp10.dll 1.0473.4067.15 Ver,under Windows XP SP3.
Each of Windows Vista/7/8 Preview and Office 2003/2007/2010 is not able to support it.

The Tai Tham script is not yet supported in any shipping version of Windows. It will certainly be considered for a future release.
You say that you've used "correct GSUB and GPOS data". I'm curious to know what you've done. Can you summarize what features you used and what types of actions (lookups) were used?
