Currently, I think that all musical symbols should have the Rotated orientation in vertical lines, because each of tends to have a direction, and short bars with musical notes quoted in vertical lines should be rotated.

Also, extremely few Japanese fonts have these characters. Also, fonts supporting these tend to be implemented as proportional fonts that can be set nicely to compose musical scores. From these, I believe these characters should be set in the Rotated orientation when set in vertical lines, so that spacing can be done appropriately. Do you have any other ideas about this type of characters?
