Biography

Bill Hall has worked for many years as a developer and consultant on Windows, Windows 95, and Windows NT platforms. Beginning in 1992 with his seminal article on Windows National Language Support, he has been involved in both software development and internationalization at companies such as Novell, Netcom, and most recently as the Internationalization Director at SimulTrans. He also teaches an Internationalization course at the University of California's Santa Cruz Extension.
