Biography

Tom McFarland has worked in internationalization for HP since 1986, including software architecture, design, and implementation for HP's X Window System and OSF's Motif 1.2 toolkit. For the past two years, Tom has been the internationalization architect for HP's OpenView Software Division, working on internationalization of HP OpenView and related software.
