Sandra Martin O'Donnell is an internationalization (I18N) consultant for Compaq Computer Corporation. She has been involved with I18N since 1987, which includes being the I18N architect for the Open Software Foundation, and an active participant in related standards and professional groups. O'Donnell is the author of "Programming for the World: A Guide to Internationalization" (Prentice Hall, 1994).
