Biography

Richard Gillam - Trilogy Software, Inc.

Richard Gillam is a senior development engineer at Trilogy Software, Inc., a leading developer of e-commerce solutions for the Global 2000, where he consults to the rest of the development team on internationalization issues. He is a former member of the IBM team that developed and maintained many of the Java i18n APIs under contract to Sun, where he had specific responsibility for the ResourceBundle and BreakIterator frameworks. His book on Unicode is slated to be published by Addison-Wesley in 2001.
