George Rhoten - ICU Team of IBM in Cupertino, CA
George Rhoten is a software engineer and works in IBM's Globalization Center of Competency in Cupertino, California. He is currently working on the International Components for Unicode (ICU), an open source Unicode library. His current nickname is "Buildmeister" due to the number of platforms that he uses to build and test ICU. He graduated from Cal Poly SLO in June 2000 with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Theater.
