Christian Bauer - Humboldt University, BerlinChristian Bauer currently Professor of Southeast Asian Philology at Humboldt University, Berlin, Germany (since 1993). He is a lecturer in Southeast Asian Linguistics at Mahidol (1986-1993) and Thammasat (1985-86) Universities, Bangkok, Thailand. Christian has a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia (1983-85). He also has a PhD, University of London (SOAS), 1982. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
GMS is pleased to be able to offer the International Unicode Conferences under an exclusive
license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
of GMS and is composed of volunteers active in Unicode and in international software
