Steve Miller - SIL InternationalSteve Miller has fourteen years of experience of relational database experience, using MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, and MS Visual FoxPro. He has published numerous articles in database journals and a software manual. He was a cofounder of the Detroit Area Fox Users Group, and was an occasional speaker there. He holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Michigan State University. |

International Unicode Conferences are organized by Global Meeting Services, Inc., (GMS).
GMS is pleased to be able to offer the International Unicode Conferences under an exclusive
license granted by the Unicode Consortium. All responsibility for conference finances and
operations is borne by GMS. The independent conference board serves solely at the pleasure
of GMS and is composed of volunteers active in Unicode and in international software
