Dr. Mark Davis is Chief Globalization Architect at IBM, responsible for the architecture of ICU (the premier Unicode software library sponsored by IBM). He co-founded the Unicode project, has been the President of the Unicode Consortium since its incorporation, and is a principal co-author of many of the major consortium technical publications.
