Jürgen Haas, Product Marketing Director at Arbortext is responsible for publishing products and technology, both for print and electronic media. His main responsibility is to serve as "Voice of the Customer" about current and future publishing requirements. He drives the process for developing requirements and participates in both short-term and long-term product planning as a member of the CTO team in Arbortext.
Jürgen has 15 years of experience providing solutions for the publishing industry based on 3B2 technology. He studied economics, management, law and politics before starting his own business, SatzConcept GmbH, in 1989 which grew to become the largest independent reseller of 3B2, solutions and services in central Europe. SatzConcept was acquired by Advent in 2001 where Jürgen headed up the product development and services operations until Advent got acquired by Arbortext in October 2004.
