Thomas Emerson
Tom Emerson is a Software Architect at Basis Technology. He is the primary designer of the Rosette Linguistics Platform, and actively involved in the development of their Arabic, Chinese, and Korean linguistic analysis software. Mr. Emerson has been active in the Unicode Consortium for over six years, and has worked with Unicode for almost eight.
