In the Unicode-1.1.4.txt composite name list file, the following
character is categorized as a non-spacing mark:

   U+0E4E THAI CHARACTER YAMAKKAN

If this is really a non-spacing mark, does anyone know how it is
placed on a consonant (e.g. above, below, to the left, to the right,
etc.)?

Finally, can anyone recommend sample texts that use the following
characters (fax or online samples appreciated if available)?

   U+0E3A THAI CHARACTER PHINTHU
   U+0E4E THAI CHARACTER YAMAKKAN
   U+0E4F THAI CHARACTER FONGMAN
   U+0E5B THAI CHARACTER KHOMUT
