It's not necessary to get beta copies of Copland to try out Unicode
support; all you need to do is download CyberDog 1.1 (beta or final) from
http://cyberdog.apple.com/ (you'll need OpenDoc as well, but the CyberDog
site points at it). CyberDog 1.1 has the necessary support.

I don't think the 1.1 version supports sending Unicode mail, as it was
added too late in the process to have a UI available. However, it
supports receiving Unicode mail and reading Unicode web pages (or at
least it should, I'm on a trip and haven't been able to check).
