Ordering Unicode 2.0 direct via e-mail

A while ago we received information about ordering the
new Unicode 2.0 book, which allowed people to order via
e-mail.

Are there any PGP public keys for sending the e-mail? I
personally don't think sending plain text credit card
numbers through e-mail is a good idea... and I don't want
to order via Addison Wesley's Japanese branch. (It took them
FOUR months to send "The Unicode Standard, Version 1.0 Volume 2",
to me. I'm STILL waiting for Volume 1. The U.S. branch tells
me to talk to the Japan branch. Thus, I'm very interested in
obtaining it from a faster source... perhaps directly from the
Consortium.

If anyone could e-mail me info about ordering 2.0 via e-mail,
(and the PGP keys), I'd appreciate it.

It's very difficult to obtain these books if you're not
in the U.S....
