Marc-Antoine Parent from CRIM, Montreal, and myself have compiled one
last year for the UNET++ project. Includes Thai, Kana, Cyrillic,
Greek, Arabic, and Hebrew. I would be ready to make this available
on the condition that I get back any corrections and additions.
