It might be better at this point to ask what languages you NEED to have
supported by Unicode 2.0, and then find out if they are covered. The question
is just too open-ended. There are too many languages to make a succinct list.
My answer is that Unicode 2.0 is highly likely to cover the language you need
if it's "spoken today in the modern world", unless you happen to speak
Mongolian, Khmer, Burmese, or Sinhala, which are not yet covered.
