It turns out that fixed-width Lao fonts have been done for Mule, and will be
available with Mule very soon. They can be reencoded to get fixed-width
Unicode fonts.

At any rate, the fixed-width BDF fonts (based on the Mule ETL fonts) with
ASCII, Armenian, and Georgian (Mxedruli only) in Unicode 2.0 order are now
available as:

  ftp://crl.nmsu.edu/CLR/multiling/unicode/etl-uag.tar.gz

The archive contains a 14pt, a 16pt, and a 24pt font, all at 72dpi.

Please feel free to point out any problems with the fonts.
