YES, there are problems with that; NO it would't help everyone; and YES it
might be of benefit to many who can't be there; and by the way, the
proceedings can be (frequently) be purchased after the fact, which is of some
small help in any case...
The one major obstacle that everyone continues to overlook is that nothing
happens without volunteers to perform actions. Everyone proposes grandiose
schemes, a mere handful ever do anything about them.
