The name ftp.unicode.org seems to have had DNS problems. From one
of my systems it resolves to 17.254.3.208, which is the same as
www.unicode.org. But from another system last week it resolved to
201.something, and whatever's at that address refuses anonymous ftp.
Now it seems to be working from both of my systems.
