Joan's point about versions 1.0 and 1.1 of the Unicode Standard being
obsolete is absolutely correct.
I provided the information regarding those earlier publications merely
as a reference for people supporting legacy systems that may have
incorporated the earlier versions.
Anyone implementing Unicode today should be using Unicode version 2.0
... but all of you already know that ...
Future postings of the list will flag those 2 books as being obsolete.
Which brings to mind the following question:
Are there any other books listed that should be considered obsolete?
