opportunities in AUSTIN AND HOUSTON, TX.
Our client, a leading and global developer and vendor of Database
Management, Applications Management, and Network Optimization tools for
both client/server and mainframe systems is seeking an experienced
Internationalization specialists to join their team of Global Operations
and R&D professionals.
DESCRIPTION:
Must have an excess of 5 years experience in software project and /or
program management in the multi-language arena, preferably in contract and
translation houses. Must have worked with European and/or Asian
language project implementation including localization phase-in in an open
systems environment. Strong technical ability to interface with corporate
wide product development teams on internationalization coding
issues along with upper management, marketing, and clientele necessary.
Will act as a consultant in a staff role with many different product
development teams. Must evangelize internationalization across the entire
corporation. Will serve as ambassador/guru in product
internationalization/localization (I18N/I10N).
