New character sets

Just a reminder I am still looking for information on new character sets,
or revised character sets, created in the last couple of years.

Microsoft kindly gave me the info on its new codepages, I haven't heard
from any other vendors. Surely, most vendors are adopting the Euro
and have new pages to go along.
