In the ISO international character set registry, the "supplementary set 
of ISO/IEC 6937: 1992 is on pages 3.515 to 3.519; the "Teletex primary set
of graphic characers CCITT rec. T.61" and "Teletext supplementary set of
graphic characteres CCITT rec. T.61" are at pages 3.334 to 3.345.
